中西医结合抗肝纤维化的研究思路与方法 　　摘 要 肝纤维化是各种慢性肝病向肝硬化发展的必经病理过程，现代医学与中医学在该领域各有优势，如何发挥两种医学的思维优势，开展中西医结合抗肝纤维化研究是目前所面临的关键科学问题，本文从病证结合、方证相应，以及以效应评价为基点，解析不同功效中医古典方剂防治肝纤维化机制的新进展，彰显在中医学思维指导下，充分应用现代科学技术手段，探究难治性疾病的治疗方法，以期为中西医结合抗肝纤维化研究提供思路与方法。 　　关键词 肝纤维化 中西医结合 病证相关 方证相应 　　中图分类号：R259 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）13-0008-05 　　Therapeutic ideas and approaches in liver fibrosis guided by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine* 　　MU Yongping1，2**， LIU Ping1，2*** 　　（1. Institute of Liver Diseases， Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Shanghai 201203， China） 　　ABSTRACT Liver fibrosis， an early stage during the development of liver cirrhosis， is the common pathological process of various chronic hepatic diseases. Either modern medicine or traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has its own advantage in anti-fibrotic therapy. In order to improve the therapeutic efficacy of anti-fibrotic therapy， researches should be recently focused on how to combine TCM and modern medicine and take advantages of each other. In this article， we review the new progresses made in classic TCM formulas with different efficacy for the prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis based on the methods of combination of disease and syndrome， evidence relevant and effect evaluation.
