乳腺癌患者采用分子靶向治疗的临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究乳腺癌患者采用分子靶向治疗的临床效果。 方法 选取2011年10月～2014年5月辽宁省肿瘤医院收治的120例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组和研究组，各60例，对照组采取药物保守治疗方法，研究组采取分子靶向治疗方法。统计分析两组患者的临床疗效以及复发率。 结果 研究组有效率高达85.00%，明显高于对照组的56.67%，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。研究组治疗后复发率为10.00%，明显低于对照组的31.67%，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 针对乳腺癌患者采取分子靶向治疗临床效果确切，其可以明显提高治疗有效率，降低复发率，并且毒性小，值得临床推广应用，对于具备分子靶向治疗条件的乳腺癌患者应该是首选的治疗方案。 　　[关键词] 乳腺癌；分子靶向治疗；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R737.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）02（b）-0118-04 　　Clinical study of molecular targeted therapy in patients with breast cancer 　　YE Huinan1 LI Xiaodong2 QIN Baoli1 WANG Zhongmiao1 　　1.The Second Department of Internal Medicine， Liaoning Cancer Hospital， Liaoning Province， Shenyang 110032， China； 2.Institute of Cancer Stem Cell， Dalian Medical University， Liaoning Province， Dalian 110044， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of molecular targeted therapy in patients with breast cancer. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with breast cancer admitted to Liaoning Cancer Hospital from October 2011 to May 2014 were selected as research objects， and the patients were randomly divided into control group and study group by random number table， with 60 cases in each group. The control group was taken drugs conservative treatment， the study group was taken molecular targeted therapy. The clinical therapeutic effect and recurrence rate of the two groups were calculated and analyzed. Results The effective rate of study group reached to 85.00%， which was significantly higher than that of control group （56.67%）， the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. After treatment， the recurrence rate of study group was 10.00%， which was significantly lower than that of control group （31.67%）， the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Molecular targeted therapy in patients with breast cancer has exact curative effect， which can significantly improve effective rate and reduce the recurrence rate and the toxicity is small
