临床护理路径在择期剖宫产健康教育中的应用   [摘要] 目的:探讨临床护理路径在择期剖宫产产妇健康教育中的应用。方法:将300例择期剖宫产产妇随机分成两组,每组各150例,观察组采用临床护理路径进行健康教育,对照组采用传统的方法进行健康教育。护士长对每位行剖宫产术的产妇进行提问并评价护理路径的实施情况,出院前进行新生儿护理操作实习及理论知识考核,并采用自填调查表方法对产妇进行满意度调查,统计母乳喂养成功人数、产后尿潴留的人数,结题时进行统计学分析。结果:两组产妇在理论考核、新生儿护理操作技能、母乳喂养成功率和对护理服务满意度等方面都有显著性差异,P0.01,有统计学意义,观察组产妇产后尿潴留和发生奶胀现象明显减少。结论:运用临床护理路径对择期剖宫产产妇实施健康教育,能使护理由被动变为主动,提高护理质量,融洽护患关系,对医疗护理工作及患者自身康复均有积极作用。   [关键词] 临床护理路径;剖宫产;健康教育   [中图分类号] R473.71[文献标识码]C [文章编号]1673-7210(2010)06(b)-074-02      Application of clinical nursing path in the health education of elective caesarean section   XIE Aiqun, FAN Jianfeng, TANG Yuanying   (Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Lianzhou City, Guangdong Province, Lianzhou513403, China)   [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the application of clinical nursing path in the health education of elective cesarean section. Methods: 300 cases of elective cesarean section delivery women were randomly divided into two groups, each group was 150 cases, clinical nursing path were used by the observation group to conduct health education, control group used the traditional methods of health education. Head nurse asked each delivery women to appraise the implementation of clinical nursing path, neonatal nursing practice and theoretical knowledge examination were carried before leave hospital, and self-administered questionnaire was used to conduct satisfaction surveys, statistics the number of successful breast-feeding、postpartum urinary retention, analyzed statistically when finished. Results: Between the two groups, the theoretical evaluation of maternal, newborn care and operating skills, breastfeeding success rates and satisfaction with nursing services, etc. were significant differences, P0.01, there was statistical significance, the observation group postpartum urinary retention and the swelling behavior occurs milk decreased significantly.
