临床护理路径对老年精神分裂症患者护理效果的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨临床护理路径对老年精神分裂症患者护理效果的影响。方法：选取2015年 　　6月-2016年7月本院收治的老年精神分裂症患者94例作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各47例。对照组开展采用常规护理，观察组按采用临床护理路径进行护理。比较两组健康知识知晓率，采用阳性和阴性症状量表（Postive and Negative Syndrome Scale，PANSS）对患者精神症状进行评定，比较两组护理满意度。结果：观察组健康知识知晓率高于对照组（P0.05）；观察组护理后，阳性症状、阴性症状及PANSS总分均低于对照组（P0.05）；观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：在老年精神分裂症治疗过程中，按临床护理路径进行护理，可提高患者对精神分裂症的知晓率，缓解患者负性情绪，同时有利于提高护理质量。 　　【关键词】 老年人； 精神分裂症； 临床护理路径 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the influence of clinical nursing path for nursing effect in elderly patients with schizophrenia.Method：94 elderly patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from June 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the research objects，they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method，47 cases in each group.The control group was implemented the routine nursing.The observation group was given the clinical nursing path.The awareness rate of health knowledge of two groups were compared，the psychiatric symptoms were evaluated by the positive and negative symptom scale（PANSS），and the nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result：The awareness rate of health knowledge in observation group was higher than that of control group（P0.05）.The positive symptoms，negative symptoms and PANSS scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P0.05）.The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of elderly patients with schizophrenia，according to the clinical nursing path，can improve the awareness rate of patients with schizophrenia，reduce the negative emotions and improve the quality of nursing care. 　　【Key words】 Elderly； Schizophrenia； Clinical nursing path 　　First-author’s address：Panyu Ditrict Qishan Hospital，Guangzhou 511483，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2017.25.023 　　精神分裂?Y是老年常见病，多存在思维、情感、认知等功能障碍，早期表现以敏感多疑为主，随着病情加重，会出现幻听、妄想、敌对、抑郁、焦虑、易激惹等症状。目前，临床多以药物治疗，
