临床护理路径对脑梗塞患者心理和生活质量的应用研究 　　【摘 要】 目的：分析临床护理路径对脑梗塞患者心理和生活质量应用的作用效果。方法：选取我院收治的100例脑梗塞患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例，对照组采用传统常规护理方式护理，观察组采用临床护理路径护理，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：观察组患者的生活质量评分为（68.4±2.5）分，抑郁与焦虑症状评分为（0.33±0.24）分和（0.47±0.21）分；对照组患者的生活质量评分为（39.1±2.4）分，抑郁与焦虑症状评分为（0.69±0.21）分和（0.66±0.23）分；两组对比，观察组患者生活质量与抑郁、焦虑心理改善效果明显比对照组好，差异具有统计意义，P0.05。结论：临床护理路径在脑梗塞患者心理与生活质量护理的应用，能够有效缩短患者住院治疗时间，提高患者病症治疗依存性，改善心理状况，提升患者生活质量，具有较为突出的临床应用效果。 　　【关键词】 临床护理路径 脑梗塞 心理护理 生活质量 　　Application of clinical nursing pathway to the mental and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction 　　【Abstract】 Objective： to analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway on the mental and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction.. Methods： admitted to our hospital with 100 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group， each 50 cases in each， the control group used the traditional routine nursing care， observation group by clinical nursing pathway， compared two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results： observation group patients quality of life score is （68.4± 2.5）， depression and anxiety symptom scores for （ 0.33± 0.24） and （ 0.47± 0.21）， were in control group patients quality of life score （39.1± 2.4）， depression and anxiety symptom scores for （0.69 ± 0.21） and （0.66 ± 0.23） points； between the two groups， observation group and quality of life in patients with depression and anxiety improved significantly better than the control group， the difference is statistically significant （P 0.05）.
