他汀类药物治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的临床疗效应用 　　[摘要] 目的 研究他汀类药物在扩张型心肌病心力衰竭治疗中应用价值。 方法 随机选择2014年5月―2015年5月该院心内科30例心衰患者，随机分为对照组、观察组，所有患者接受常规口服药物治疗，观察组同时加用阿托伐他汀进行治疗，分别于治疗前、后检测患者心功能状态、血浆C-反应蛋白与TNF-α含量以及血管内皮功能变化情况。 结果 治疗后观察组左室射血分数（39.15±3.38）较对照组（33.55±3.41）明显升高，总胆固醇与LDL水平分别为（4.05±0.22）nmol/L、（2.84±0.26）nmol/L，较对照组有明显下降，心功能改善情况明显，P0.05。治疗后观察组血浆C-反应蛋白与TNF-α分别为（15.11±4.38）mg/L、（11.12±4.55）mg/L，其下降程度较对照组更明显，且肱动脉内径明显增加，P0.05。 结论 他汀类药物能够有效改善扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者的血管内皮功能与心功能状态，值得在临床心衰患者治疗中应用。 　　[关键词] 他汀类药物；扩张型心肌病，心力衰竭；应用价值 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（c）-0123-02 　　Clinical Curative Effect Application of Statins in Treatment of Dilated Cardiomyopathy-Chronic Heart Failure 　　ZHENG De-li 　　Department of cardiology， Daqing integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital， Daqing， Heilongjiang Province， 163000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the application value of statins in treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy-chronic heart failure.
