利培酮口服液治疗老年器质性精神障碍效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 比较利培酮口服液与奥氮平治疗老年器质性精神障碍效果，为老年器质性精神障碍的治疗提供更为安全的方法。 方法 收集2012年4月～2013年4月浙江省永康市第三人民医院老年器质性精神障碍住院患者100例，将患者按随机数字表分成研究组和对照组，每组50例。其中对照组给予奥氮平，研究组给予利培酮安全性较高，可作为治疗老年器质性精神障碍的首选用药。 　　[关键词] 利培酮口服液；器质性精神障碍；老年；奥氮平；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R749.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）04（b）-0068-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the effect of Risperidone Oral Solution and Olanzapine in the treatment of organic mental disorders for elderly， to provide a safer method for treating organic mental disorders for elderly. Methods 100 cases of hospitalized elderly patients with organic mental disorders were collected from April 2012 to April 2013 in the Third Peoples Hospital of Yongkang City， the patients according to random number table were divided into study group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）， the control group were given Olanzapine， study group were given Risperidone， and before the treatment， 2， 4， 8 weeks after treatment the brief psychiatric rating scale （BPRS） was used to evaluate the curative effect of patients， the curative effect was assessed according to the BPRS points rate， at the same time， complained of a variety of discomfort and adverse reaction of treatment patients were observed and recorded， and parallel reactions scale （TESS） was used to evaluate the adverse reaction.
