人性之辩民办高校学生管理实施量化模式的理论探索 　　【摘 要】论文主要概述了当前民办高校学生的发展环境及其人性特征。结果显示，民办高校生在人性上呈现两极分化的趋势。因此，高校应针对该情况制定出科学有效的量化评价模式，并加强对民办高校学生的规范性管理，从而为学生提供一个良好的成长环境。 　　【Abstract】This paper summarizes the current development environment of private college students and their characteristics of humanity. The results showed that private college students showed the trend of polarization in the human nature. Therefore， the university should develop a scientific and effective evaluation mode， and strengthen the standardized management of private college students， in order to provide a good environment for the students.
