人性化护理干预对老年慢性阻塞性肺炎合并糖尿病患者中的临床应用及生活质量改善情况分析 　　[摘要] 目的 观察老年慢性阻塞性肺炎合并糖尿病患者采取人性化护理干预的应用及生活质量改善情况解析。方法将在该院2015年1月―2017年1月收治确定诊断的45例患者，其中2015年1月―2016年1月收治的22例患者采用常规护理方式称为常规组，2016年1月―2017年1月收治的23例开展人性化护理干预称为干预组。将两组患者治疗前后SAS、SDS评分及生活质量评分对照解析。结果 出院2个月后干预组SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组，两组患者的生活质量均有所改善，其中干预组明显优于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对于老年慢性阻塞性肺炎合并糖尿病患者，采用个性化护理干预可有效改善其焦虑抑郁状态，提高生活质量。 　　[关键词] 人性化护理；老年慢性阻塞性肺炎合并糖尿病；生活质量改善 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）06（a）-0012-02 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to observe the application and the improvement of quality of life of humanistic nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods 45 patients in this hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects， 22 patients from January 2015 to January 2016 who were treated with the routine nursing method were regarded as the conventional group， 23 cases of carrying out the humanized nursing intervention from January 2016 to January 2017 were regarded as the intervention group. SAS， SDS scores and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The SAS， SDS score in the intervention group after two months’ discharging from hospital were significantly lower than the control group， and the quality of life were improved in both groups， while that in the intervention group was significantly better than the conventional group， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion For elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia combined with diabetes， humanistic nursing intervention can effectively improve anxiety and depression， and improve their quality of life. 　　[Key words] Humanistic care； Elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia combined with diabetes； Improvement of life quality 　　人性化?o理干预可有效降低SAS、SDS评分，提高生活质量。该文为研究人性化护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺炎合并糖尿病患者的应用及生活质量改善情况，以该院2016年1月―2017年1月收治的23例患者为研究对象，开展人性化护理干预，取得较好效果。现报道如下。
