人文关怀在晚期恶性肿瘤患者中的应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨人文关怀在晚期恶性肿瘤患者护理过程中的应用效果。方法：将2013年1-12月收治的183例晚期恶性肿瘤患者设为实验组，将2012年1-12月本病区收治并在出院时有效填写了满意度调查表的152例晚期恶性肿瘤患者设为对照组，对照组患者实施常规护理，实验组患者实施具有人文关怀理念的综合优质护理，将两组出院患者的满意度进行对比。结果：实施有人文关怀护理理念的实验组的总体满意度、服务态度、技术水平满意度评价均明显高于对照组。结论：对晚期恶性肿瘤患者，实施有人文关怀理念的综合优质护理，可减轻患者不适，有效改善患者生活质量，提高患者满意度。 　　【关键词】 恶性肿瘤患者； 人文关怀； 综合护理； 应用； 满意度 　　Application of Humanistic Care in Patients with Advanced Malignant Tumor/ZHU Hong-mei，BAI Yu-qin， GU Zhen-feng.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（04）：092-095 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application effect of humanistic care in patients with advanced malignant tumor of the nursing process.Method：183 patients with advanced malignant tumor from 2013 January to December were set as experimental group， and 2012 January to December at the time of discharge from the ward and effectively fill in 152 advanced malignant tumor patient satisfaction questionnaire were set as control group， the control group was given routine care， the implementation of comprehensive quality of nursing with the concept of humanistic concern patients was given to the experimental group， and to compare patients satisfaction of the two groups.Result：The implementation of the overall satisfaction， the experimental group had the idea of humanistic nursing service attitude， technology level of satisfaction evaluation were significantly higher than those in control group.Conclusion：For patients with advanced malignant tumor， the implementation of comprehensive quality of nursing is the concept of humanistic concern， can reduce patient discomfort， improve the quality of life of patients， improve patient satisfaction. 　　【Key words】 Patients with malignant tumor； Humanistic care； Comprehensive nursing； Application； Satisfaction 　　First-author’s address：Taizhou the Fourth People’s Hospital， Taizhou 225300， China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2015.04.031 　　人文关怀就医学而言，是对人的生存状况的关怀、对人的尊严与符合人性的生活条件的肯定。护理人文关怀是一种创造性、艺术性、个性化的整体护理，是对整体护理内涵的补充和延伸[1]。其核心是以患者为中心，实质是一种充
