人性化护理干预对老年患者行结肠镜检查心理状况及护理满意度的影响
[摘要] 目的 探讨人性化护理干预对行结肠镜检查老年患者心理状况及护理满意度的影响。 方法 选取2013年1月~2014年1月在我科行结肠镜检查的老年患者66例为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组各33例。对照组行常规检查及对症护理,干预组于检查全过程实施人性化护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后SAS评分及两组患者肠镜到达回肠末端的时间、护理满意度。 结果 干预后,两组患者的SAS评分较干预前均显著降低,且干预组显著低于对照组(P0.05)。干预组患者肠镜到达回肠末端的时间为(12.56±2.14)min,对照组患者肠镜到达回肠末端的时间为(16.38±2.72)min,干预组短于对照组(P0.05)。干预组患者治疗后的护理满意度达97.0%(32/33),对照组患者治疗后的护理满意度达72.7%(24/33),干预组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P0.05)。 结论 在老年患者行结肠镜检查过程中实施人性化护理干预,可以缓解其焦虑心理状况,提高护理满意度。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of humanistic nursing intervention on the psychological status of colonoscopy and nursing satisfaction in elderly patients. Methods From January 2013 to January 2014 in our department,66 patients according to the principle of random were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 33 cases in each. The control group received routine examination and symptomatic care, the intervention group at the same time in the whole process of inspection of the implementation of humanistic nursing intervention, the SAS scores were compared between the two groups, the colonoscopy and arrive at the terminal ileum of time, nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the SAS score of two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention, and the SAS scores of the intervention were significantly lower than the control group, there were significant differences (P0.05). Intervention group patients enteroscope reached the terminal ileum time (12.56±2.14) min, the control group patients enteroscope reached the terminal ileum time control(16.38±2.72) min, the intervention group was shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).
