低频脉冲电流刺激结合针刺治疗周围性面瘫的效果评价 　　[摘要]目的 评价低频脉冲电流刺激结合针刺治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法 选取2013年1月～2016年12月来我院康复医学科科接受诊疗的80例周围性面瘫患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将患者分为针刺组与联合组。比较两组患者治疗前后的Portmann评分、治疗效果。结果 经过30 d的治疗，联合组患者的Portmann评分显著高于针刺组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；联合组的总有效率为95.00%，显著高于针刺组的77.50%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 低频脉冲电流刺激结合针刺治疗周围性面瘫，可有效改善患者的面神经功能，提高治疗总有效率，具有较高的临床实践应用价值，值得推广。 　　[关键词]低频脉冲电流刺激；针刺；周围性面瘫；临床效果；评价 　　[中图分类号] R745.1+2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）09（b）-0144-03 　　Effect evaluation of low frequency pulsed current stimulation combined with acupuncture treating peripheral facial paralysis 　　LIAO Zhi-ying 　　Department of Rehabilitation Medicine，the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University，Jiangxi Province，Nanchang 330006，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of low frequency pulsed current stimulation combined with acupuncture treating peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 80 patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated in department of rehabilitation medicine of our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected as objects.The patients were divided into the acupuncture group and combined group using the random number table method.Portmann score before and after treatment and treatment effect between the two groups were compared.Results After 30 days treatment，Portmann score of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the acupuncture group，and there was a statistical difference （P0.05）.The total effective rate was 95.00% in the combined group，which was significantly higher than that in the acupuncture group （77.50%），and there was a statistical difference （P0.05）.Conclusion Low frequency pulsed current stimulation combined with acupuncture treating peripheral facial paralysi can effectively improve the facial nerve function of patients，improve the total effective rate of treatment，with a higher clinical practice and application value，it is worthy of promotion. 　　[Key words]Low frequency pulsed current stimulation；Acupuncture；Peripheral facial p
