优思明结合活血止血中药治疗功能性子宫异常出血的临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨屈螺酮炔雌醇片（优思明）结合活血止血中药治疗功能性子宫异常出血的临床疗效。方法 80例功能性子宫异常出血患者， 随机分为观察组和对照组， 每组40例。对照组给予口服优思明治疗， 观察组给予优思明结合活血止血中药治疗， 两组分别治疗3周， 对两组患者治疗后的疗效进行评价。结果 治疗后， 观察组有效率为87.5%， 高于对照组的65.0%， 差异具有统计学意义 （χ2=5.59， P0.05） 。结论 优思明结合活血止血中药治疗功能性子宫异常出血具有确定疗效， 可在临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 屈螺酮炔雌醇片；功能性子宫异常出血；活血止血 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.33.053 　　Clinical research of Yasmin combined with blood-activating and stanching traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional abnormal uterine bleeding LIANG Gui-ping. Guangzhou City Yuxiu District Renmin Street Community Health Service Center， Guangzhou 510120， China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effect by drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets （Yasmin） combined with blood-activating and stanching traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 80 patients with functional abnormal uterine bleeding were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 40 cases in each group. The control group received oral administration of Yasmin for treatment， and the observation group received Yasmin combined with blood-activating and stanching traditional Chinese medicine for treatment. Both groups received treatment for 3 weeks， and their curative effects after treatment were evaluated. Results After treatment， the observation group had total effective rate as 87.5%， which was higher than 65.0% in the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （χ（=5.59， P0.05）.
