可视化根管技术在牙体牙髓临床治疗中的疗效 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨可视化根管技术在牙体牙髓病临床治疗中的疗效。方法：选取2013年6月-2014年8月入笔者所在医院治疗的68例牙体牙髓病患者，根据患者入院时间分为试验组与对照组。试验组采用可视化根管技术进行治疗，对照组采用传统根管技术治疗，对比两组患者手术时间等指标。结果：试验组患者手术时间为（71.9±12.6）min，高于对照组的（41.3±10.3）min（P0.05）；试验组患者术中出血量为（20.6±5.2）ml，治疗后住院时间为（2.6±0.4）d，且患者手术后并发症发生率为2.5%，均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对牙体牙髓病患者采用可视化根管技术，术后患者创伤小，并发症发生率低且能够有效缓解患者的疼痛，值得在临床上推广使用。 　　【关键词】 牙体牙髓病； 可视化； 根管技术 　　中图分类号 R781.3 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）33-0018-02 　　Clinical Effect of Visual Root Canal Technology in the Treatment of Dental Pulp Disease/HU Min.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（33）：18-19 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of visual root canal technology in the treatment of dental pulp disease in clinical treatment.Method：68 cases with dental pulp disease From June 2013 to August 2014 were chosen in our hospital，according to the time of admission patients they were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated by visual root canal technology，while the control group was treated by traditional root canal technology，and the operation time of the two groups were compared.Result：The operation time in the experimental group was （71.9±12.6）min，it was higher than （41.3±10.3）min of the control group（P0.05）.The amount of bleeding in the experimental group was （20.6±5.2）ml，after treatment，the hospitalization time in the experimental group was （2.6±0.4）d and the rate of complications in the experimental group was 2.5%，they were better than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Visual root canal technology in the treatment of dental pulp disease is little trauma，and lower complication rate，can relieve the patients pain，so it is worth promotion and application in clinical. 　　【Key words】 Dental pulp disease； Visualization； Root canal technology 　　First-author’s address：Urumqi City Oral Hospital，Urumqi 830002，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2015.33.008 　　牙体牙髓病同癌症和心血管疾病被世界卫生组织并列为人类三大重点防治疾病。牙齿牙龈组织的疾
