优质护理在儿科工作中的应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨优质护理在儿科工作中的临床效果。 方法 选择2013年12月～2014年12月在我院儿科治疗的240例患儿，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，每组120例。对照组患儿采用一般常规护理，实验组患儿采用优质护理。同时，建立绩效考核等级表，对两组护理人员的工作质量进行记录评分；并在出院时发放满意度调查表，对两组患儿家属进行满意度调查。 结果 实验组的护理质量考核平均成绩为（91.3±1.9）分，显著高于对照组的（83.6±2.1）分（P0.05）；实验组的总满意度为74.2%，显著高于对照组的48.3%（P0.05）。 结论 优质的儿科护理能够提高护理工作人员的业务操作水平，提高患者及家属的满意度，从而带动护理人员的积极性，对护理工作有积极有效的影响，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 儿科；优质护理；护理满意度 　　[中图分类号] R473.72 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）09（c）-0183-03 　　Application effect of good quality nursing in pediatric work 　　LI Yue-ru BAO Chan-yu 　　Department of Pediatrics，Jianghan Oil Field General Hospital of Qianjiang City in Hubei Province，Qianjiang 433124，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of good quality nursing in pediatric work. Methods 240 children patients in pediatrics of our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected and divided into experimental group（n=120） and control group（n=120） in random.The control group was given routine nursing，the experimental group was given good quality nursing.At the same time，the quality of nurses′ work were recorded by establishing performance appraisal rating table.And families′ satisfaction in two groups was investigated by issuing satisfaction survey at discharge. Results The score of nursing quality assessment in experimental group was （91.3±1.9） points，which was significantly higher than （83.6±2.1） points of control group（P0.05）.The total satisfaction in experimental group was 74.2%，which was significantly higher than 48.3% of control group（P0.05）.
