保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 比较分析保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床疗效及对生活质量的改善情况。 方法 随机选取2013年1月～2016年1月期间我院收治的早期乳腺癌患者80例，按照手术方法不同分为保乳组40例和改良根治术组40例，比较分析两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间，乳房美容效果满意度及入院第1天和术后6个月的生活质量评分。 结果 与改良根治术组比较，保乳组患者的手术时间短、术中出血少、术后住院时间短，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05），保乳组患者乳房美容效果?M意度明显高于改良根治术组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。保乳组与改良根治术组患者生活质量评分术后6个月分别较入院第1天显著升高，且保乳组患者的生活质量评分显著高于改良根治术组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌手术时间短、术中出血少、术后住院时间短且美容效果好、能明显改善患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 早期乳腺癌；保乳手术；改良根治术；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R615 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）34-0046-03 　　Clinical curative effect of breast conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy in treatment of early breast cancer and its effect on the quality of life 　　LI Qi WU Weizhu 　　Department of Breast Surgery， Ningbo Medical Center Lihuili Eastern Hospital， Ningbo 315040， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare and analyze the curative effect of breast conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy in the treatment of early breast cancer and the improvement of quality of life.
