依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死的疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。 方法 选取该院2012年1月―2014年10月间诊治的急性脑梗死患者120例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，对观察组患者采用依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷治疗，对对照组患者进行单纯的依达拉奉治疗，对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果及C反应蛋白水平。 结果 观察组患者中，痊愈的患者为27例，显效的患者为21例，有效的患者为7例，无效的患者为5例，总有效率为91.67%，对照组患者中，痊愈的患者为11例，显效的患者为26例，有效的患者为12例，无效的患者为11例，总有效率为81.67%，观察组明显高于对照组，两组对比，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；在C反应蛋白水平方面，观察组患者在治疗后为（7.06±1.43） mg/L，对照组患者在治疗后为（4.06±1.71） mg/L，观察组的下降水平明显高于对照组患者的水平，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 采用依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死不仅可以提高临床治疗效果，而且能够大大降低C反应蛋白水平，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词] 依达拉奉；奥扎格雷；急性脑梗死；C反应蛋白水平 　　[中图分类号] R74 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）03（a）-0136-03 　　Analysis of therapeutic effect of edaravone combined with ozagrel in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. 　　ZHANG Kun 　　Department of Neurology in Dashiqiao Central Hospital，Yingkou Liaoning province，115100 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the therapeutic effect of edaravone combined with ozagrel in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
