健康教育对预防糖尿病足的效果研究 　　【摘 要】目的：评估健康教育对预防糖尿病足的中远期效果，探索预防糖尿病足的有效干预模式。方法：选取80例糖尿病患者为研究对象，对入选患者实施系统健康教育，并于1年后进行糖尿病足自我护理能力调查及评价。结果：患者对糖尿糖尿病足知识的掌握显著提高，日常足部护理行为均明显改善，足部皮肤病理性损害明显减少。结论：实施健康教育是预防糖尿病患者发生糖尿病足的有效方法。 　　【关键词】糖尿病；糖尿病足；健康教育 　　【Abstract】Objective：To evaluate the health education on prevention of diabetic foot in the long-term effects， and explore effective interventions pattern for prevention of diabetic foot.
