护理干预对声带息肉患者手术后嗓音学效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析护理干预对声带息肉患者手术后嗓音学效果。方法：本研究选取2013年1月-2014年10月笔者所在医院接诊的60例声带息肉患者进行研究。随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在手术前后实施护理干预。结果：两组声带息肉患者治疗效果分析比较，观察组治愈率（86.00%）明显高于对照组（60.00%），差异有统计学意义（P=0.0003）。观察组非常满意度（82.00%）明显优于对照组（60.00%）。手术3个月内后观察组患者自主发声能力恢复效果明显强于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P=0.0223）。结论： 护理干预对于声带息肉患者术后恢复效果明显，能够为患者及时解决体征、不适、症状等各种问题，积极有效促进患者康复，是术后辅助彻底治疗声带息肉疾病的一种有效手段，值得临床使用。 　　【关键词】 声带息肉患者； 嗓音学； 护理干预 　　中图分类号 R473.76 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）33-0077-02 　　Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention for Voice of Patients with Vocal Cord Polyps after Surgical Operation/WU Hui.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（33）：77-78 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effect of nursing intervention for voice of the patients with vocal cord polyps after surgical operation.Method：60 cases with vocal cord polyps were selected in this study in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，the control group was taken conventional care，the observation group was taken nursing intervention.Result：Vocal cord polyps therapeutic effect of two groups patients were compared cure rate of the observation group（86.00%） was significantly higher than control group（60.00%），there was statistical significance（P=0.0003）.Vocal polyp of nursing intervention treatment satisfaction rate of the observation group（82.00%） was significantly better than the control group（60.00%）.After 3 months operation，independent voice capacity recovery effect of the observation group patients was obviously better than control group，there was statistical significance（P=0.0223）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention for postoperative recovery of vocal cord polyps of patients is obvious effect，can timely solutions for patients with signs，discomfort，symptoms and so on each kind of question，for promoting disease rehabilitation effect of active and effective，postoperative adjuvant to revolutionize the treatment of polyp of vocal cord
