全程分期健康教育在原发性肝癌手术患者中应用效果 　　【摘要】 目的：研究全程分期健康教育在原发性肝癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2011年1月-2014年10月本院收治的原发性肝癌手术患者80例作为研究对象，按照住院号的奇偶将其分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组采用常规健康教育模式，观察组采用全程分期健康教育，比较两组患者健康教育知晓率、护理满意度、平均住院天数、术后首次排气时间和术后并发症发生率。结果：观察组健康教育知晓率和护理满意度均明显高于对照组，而平均住院时间、术后首次排气时间均明显短于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：全程分期健康教育模式有助于对原发性肝癌手术患者住院期间各个时期提供针对性的指导，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 全程分期； 健康教育； 原发性肝癌 　　The Application Effects of Whole-course Phased Health Education in Patients with Primary Liver Cancer Surgery/LIU Yan-juan.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（10）：089-091 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To research the application effects of whole-course phased health education in patients with primary liver cancer surgery.Method：Eighty patients with primary liver cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2011 to October 2014 were selected as the research objects，they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the parity of admission number，40 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education mode while the observation group received whole-course phased health education.The health education awareness rate，nursing satisfaction，average hospitalization time，postoperative exhaust time and complication occurrence were compared between the two groups.Result：The health education awareness rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group，while the average hospitalization time and postoperative exhaust time were significantly shorter than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The whole-course phased health education can provide guidance for patients with primary liver cancer receiving operation during various periods in hospital，it is worthy of clinical expansion. 　　【Key words】 Whole-course phased； Health education； Primary liver cancer 　　First-author’s address：The Centre Hospital of Nanyang City，Nanyang 473003，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.1
