内镜下金属钛夹在结肠息肉切除术临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究探讨金属钛夹用于内镜下结肠息肉切除的临床疗效与价值。方法 选取2011年9月―2013年5月就诊于我院已确诊结肠息肉患者200例，随机分为两组，其中100例患者在结肠息肉切除术中不使用金属钛夹，仅用电凝电切术，标记为对照组，另外100例患者在结肠息肉切除术中使用金属钛夹，标记为实验组，观察比较两组患者的手术时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间及并发症发生人数等指标。结果 两组手术时间、创面愈合时间及住院时间比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05），对照组并发症发生率9.0%明显高于实验组1.0%，结果差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在内镜下行结肠息肉切除术使用金属钛夹可起到止血及预防出血的作用，有效提高手术安全系数，降低出血及穿孔发生率，金属钛夹可自行排出体外，能够有效提高疾病治愈率，改善患者生活质量，值得临床推广使。 　　[关键词] 内镜；金属钛夹；结肠息肉切除术；疗效与价值 　　[中图分类号] R656 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2014）04（b）-0003-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and discuss the clinical effect and value of application of titanium clip in colon polyps resection under endoscope. Methods 200 patients diagnosed with colon polyps in our hospital from September， 2011 to May， 2013 were randomly divided into two groups. 100 cases in the control group were given electrocoagulation and electrocision without using titanium clip to remove polyps， while the other 100 cases in the experimental group were given electrocoagulation and electrocision， and then the wound surfaces were clipped by titanium clips. The operation time， wound healing time， the length of stay and the number of people with complications of two groups were observed and compared. Results There were no statistically significant differences between two groups in operation time， wound healing time and the length of stay（P0.05）. The incidence of complications of the control group was 9.0%， obviously higher than 1.0% of the experimental group， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Titanium clips applied to colon polyps resection under endoscope has functions of hemostasis and prevention of bleeding， it can effectively improve operation safety factors and reduce the occurrence rate of bleeding and perforation. Titanium clip can be discharged out of body by itself and this can effectively improve the cure rate of disease and make patients life quality better.
