前列地尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨前列地尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果。 方法 随机选择2013年2月～2014年8月在我院接受治疗的200例早期糖尿病肾病患者，分为研究组和对照组。研究组患者给予前列地尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗，对照组患者单纯采用厄贝沙坦治疗；经过一段时间的治疗之后，对比两组患者的血糖情况、血液流变学、尿蛋白排泄率、肾功能情况等，并比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。 结果 研究组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.23，P0.05）。治疗后研究组的血液流变学、肾功能均得到明显的改善，优于对照组，在尿白蛋白的排泄率上，研究组明显低于对照组，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 前列地尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病，可有效改善糖尿病肾病患者的病情，改善患者的肾功能，提高生活质量，对早期糖尿病肾病具有积极的意义，值得在临床中大力推广使用。 　　[关键词] 前列地尔；厄贝沙坦；早期糖尿病肾病 　　[中图分类号] R587.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）12-0081-03 　　Effect of alprostadil combined irbesartan in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy 　　WANG Junying 　　Department of Renal Medicine， Laizhou City Peoples Hospital in Shandong Province， Laizhou 261400， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of alprostadil combined irbesartan in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
