加味蠲痹汤配合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎临床疗效探讨 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨加味蠲痹汤配合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：分析本院2012年6月-2014年 　　6月骨外科收治的150例肩周炎患者的临床资料，对照组50例给予常规治疗，试验组100例给予加味蠲痹汤配合功能锻炼治疗。观察比较两组患者各观察指标的差异。结果：治疗前两组肩周炎患者疼痛评分及肩关节前屈、外展、后伸、内旋、外旋角度均无明显差异（P0.05）；治疗后试验组疼痛评分明显低于对照组，肩关节前屈、外展、后伸、内旋、外旋角度及临床总有效率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：加味蠲痹汤配合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎可以降低患者的疼痛，改善关节活动功能，提高临床效果。 　　【关键词】 加味蠲痹汤； 功能锻炼； 肩周炎 　　Research of Clinical Effects of Jiawei Juanbi Decoction Combined with Functional Exercise in the Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis/LIN Dong.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（20）：116-118 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effects of Jiawei Juanbi Decoction combined with functional exercise on the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Method：The clinical data of 150 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods，50 cases in the control group were given conventional therapy，100 cases in the experiment group were given Jiawei Juanbi Decoction and functional exercise treatment.The differences of observed indicators between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：Before treatment，the pain score and angles of joint proneness，abduction，rear protraction，internal rotation and extorsion of the two groups were no significant difference（P0.05）.After treatment，the pain score of the experiment group was lower than that of the control group，the angles of shoulder joint proneness，abduction，rear protraction，internal rotation and extorsion of the experiment group were higher than those of the control group，the clinical total effective rate of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group，the differences were statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Using Jiawei Juanbi Decoction combined with functional exercise in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis can decrease the pain of the patients，improve the activity function of shoulder joint and inc
