县级医院医务人员职业暴露及防护措施现状调查分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解县级医院医务人员职业暴露及防护措施现状。 方法 2014年7月，在专家咨询的基础上自行设计调查问卷，采用横断面调查方法，对江西省石城县人民医院424名医务人员进行调查。 结果 83.02%的医务人员接受过职业防护知识培训，43.16%的医务人员对职业暴露知识认知正确，医务人员职业暴露发生率为59.91%，接受过职业防护知识培训、职业暴露知识认知正确是医务人员职业暴露减少的保护因素。职业防护措施整体实施率达86.32%。 结论 县级医院医务人员职业暴露发生率较高。需要规范操作规程，执行安全操作标准，加强职业防护知识培训和强化自我防护意识。 　　[关键词] 职业暴露；防护措施；医务人员；县级医院 　　[中图分类号] R197.31 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）08（b）-0137-04 　　Current situation investigation and analysis of occupational exposure and protective measure of medical staff in county-level hospital 　　QIU Hu-hai1 YANG Chun-hong2▲ WEN Yu-xia1 WEI Biao-song1 ZHOU Rui-fen2 　　1.Hospital Infection-Control Department，Shicheng People′s Hospital of Jiangxi Province，Shicheng 342700，China；2.Hospital Infection-Control Department，the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University in Jiangxi Province，Ganzhou 341000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To understand the current situation of occupational exposure and protective measure of medical staff in county-level hospital. Methods On the basis of expert consultation，questionnaire was designed by our own.Cross-sectional investigation method was used to investigate 424 medical staff in Shicheng People′s Hospital of Jiangxi province in July 2014. Results 83.02% medical staff have received training in occupational protection knowledge，43.16% medical workers were correct in cognition of occupational exposure knowledge.The incidence rate of occupational exposure of medical staff was 59.91%.Acceptance of occupational protection knowledge training and correct cognition of occupational exposure were protective factors on reducing medical workers′ occupational exposure.The overall implementation rate of occupational protective measures was 86.32%.
