原发性痛经与运动关系调查分析 　　【摘要】 目的：了解幼师女生原发性痛经状况，分析痛经与运动的关系，探索运动处方干预原发性痛经的可行性与实效性，进一步丰富和发展原发性痛经研究的相关理论内涵。方法：采取随机分层整群抽样的方法，对笔者所在幼师高校1150名女大学生进行自编问卷调查。结果：在1150名调查对象中，有效问卷1119份，女大学生原发性痛经的发生率为56.84%，其中舞蹈专业痛经发生率为31.52%，其他专业为59.1%，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）；其他专业痛经程度较舞蹈专业重，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）；舞蹈专业和其他专业痛经者的运动习惯、运动时间比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：幼师女生多，原发性痛经发病率高，经过不同专业女生痛经的比较，运动因素可影响原发性痛经的发生和发展。 　　【关键词】 原发性痛经； 状况调查； 运动分析 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To understand the primary dysmenorrhea of girls in our college； to analyze the relationship between primary dysmenorrhea and sport； to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of exercise prescription which intervenes in primary dysmenorrhea； to enrich and develop the relative theory of primary dysmenorrhea.Method：A stratified cluster random sampling method was taken. 1150 female college students were investigated with self-designed questionnaire.Result：In the 1119 valid questionnaires， occurrence rate of primary dysmenorrhea was 56.84%， the rate of the girls from dancing department was 31.52%， the rate of the other departments was 59.1%， the difference was statistically significant （P0.01）. Other departments’ dysmenorrhea degree was heavier than dancing department， the difference was statistically significant （P0.01）； dysmenorrhea exercise habits， movement time between dancing department and other departments comparison difference had statistical significance （P0.01）.Conclusion： The survey shows that the rate of primary dysmenorrheal in our college is very high.
