医院后勤管理与后勤队伍建设思考 　　【摘要】医院后勤服务是医院的支持保障系统，服务涉及面广，渗透到医疗活动的各个方面，医院后勤管理是医院管理的重要组成部分，后勤队伍建设越来越成为医院管理的核心内容，在医院管理中和实践中不仅可以优化医院后勤管理，提高后勤工作的效益和效率，加强后勤队伍建设，对整个医院的发展具有十分重要的意义。本文深入分析医院后勤服务行业存在的问题，从后勤职工的思想建设、业务技能、服务意识、服务项目拓宽等方面加强后勤队伍建设。医院后勤管理是医院管理的重要组成部分,随着国家医疗卫生事业的进步而得到发展,已由经验型、事务型的业务工作转向集约管理型、理论型、实用型的专门学科。提高后勤工作的效益和效率,加强后勤队伍建设,对整个医院的发展具有十分重要的意义。 　　【关键词】医院后勤管理队伍建设 　　【Abstract】Hospital logistic service is the support system of the hospital, the service covers a wide range, permeate all aspects of medical treatment activity, the hospital logistics management is an important part of hospital management, the construction of the logistics team is becoming the core content of hospital management, hospital management Naka Kazumi in practice can not only optimize the hospital logistics management, improve the effectiveness and the efficiency of logistics work, strengthening the construction of the logistics team, has very important significance to the development of the whole hospital. To improve the effectiveness and efficiency of logistics work, strengthening the construction of the logistics team, has very important significance to the development of the whole hospital. 　　【Key words】The hospital logistics management; Team building 　　一、当前医院后勤管理人才队伍的现状 　　（一）年龄结构不合理 　　后勤管理人才队伍断层严重，普遍缺乏40岁左右理论与实践兼备且年富力强的人员。以上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院为例：目前50岁以上人员占后勤管理人员总数50%，35岁以下人员占35%，35至49岁的人员仅占15%，呈哑铃型分布。每年的退休人员与新进人员的比例为2:1，减员趋势明显。 　　（二）专业结构不合理 　　后勤管理人才专业结构不够合理，医学专业、一般管理类专业人员偏多，且学历普遍不高。目前技术管理（设备设施维修保养的高级技术人才）、工程管理（暖通、制冷、智
