医院家庭序贯BiPAP呼吸机治疗慢性肺源性心脏病疗效评价 　　摘 要：目的 观察医院家庭序贯BiPAP呼吸机改善慢性肺源性心脏病患者心肺功能的作用，评价其临床疗效。方法 选取我院接受医院BiPAP呼吸机并携带家庭型BiPAP呼吸机返家或坚持每日在无创通气中心进行治疗的慢性肺源性心脏病患者32 例作为病例组，以住院期间接受BiPAP呼吸机治疗，出院后只使用氧疗的慢性肺源性心脏病患者35例为对照组，比较两组患者治疗前后的血气指标、肺功能及肺动脉压、右心室内径。结果 两组患者治疗后肺功能较前改善，病例组改善较明显（P0.05）。病例组和对照组治疗后血气分析、肺动脉压力、右心室内径均较前改善，病例组改善较明显（P0.05）。结论 医院家庭序贯BiPAP呼吸机治疗慢性肺源性心脏病患者可以改善肺功能和心功能，增加氧分压，降低二氧化碳分压，提高疗效，降低病死率。 　　关键词：医院家庭序贯；BiPAP呼吸机；慢性肺源性心脏病 　　中图分类号：R541.5 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.01.043 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）01-0114-03 　　Evaluation of the Efficacy of Sequential BiPAP Ventilator in the Treatment of Chronic Cor Pulmonale in Hospital 　　LI Li，ZHONG Xue-mei，WANG Huai-zhen，ZHANG Ping，XIE Chen-xin，REN Jie，PAIERDA Ai-ni，ZHANG Juan 　　（Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine，First Peoples Hospital，Kashi 844000，Xinjiang，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To observe the hospital family sequential BiPAP ventilator treatment of chronic cor pulmonale with heart and lung function， evaluate the clinical curative effect.Methods From our hospital hospital BiPAP ventilator and carry home or family type BiPAP ventilator in noninvasive ventilation center daily for the treatment of chronic cor pulmonale in 32 patients as case group，received BiPAP ventilation in the treatment of the hospital，only use oxygen therapy after discharge of chronic cor pulmonale in 35 cases the control group，blood gas indexes of two groups were compared before and after treatment，pulmonary function and pulmonary artery pressure，right ventricular diameter.Results The pulmonary function of the two groups was improved after treatment，and the improvement in the case group was significant（P0.05）.In the case group and the control group，the blood gas analysis，the pulmonary artery pressure and the right ventricular diameter were all improved，and the improvement of the case group was more obvious（P0.05）.Conclusion The family sequential BiPAP ventilator in the treatment of chronic cor pulmonale can improve pulmonary function
