右美托咪定对食管癌根治术患者围术期免疫功能影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨右美托咪定对食管癌根治术患者围术期免疫功能的影响。 方法 选取本院2014年1月～2015年1月收治的80例食管癌根治术患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各40例。观察组麻醉诱导中给予右美托咪定，对照组给予0.9%氯化钠溶液，比较两组不同时间段的血糖、C反应蛋白（CRP）、T细胞亚群值、NK水平、CD4/CD8值以及IL-2、IL-10浓度。 结果 两组T2时的血糖、CRP水平显著高于T1时，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组T2时的血糖、CRP水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组T2、T3、T4时的CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8水平显著低于T1时，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组T2、T3、T4时的CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8水平显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组T2时的NK值显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组T2、T3时的IL-2水平显著高于对照组同时间段，T3、T4时的IL-10水平显著低于对照组同时间段，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 右美托咪定应用于食管癌根治术可提高免疫功能，降低应激反应，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 右美托咪定；食管癌根治手术；免疫功能 　　[中图分类号] R735.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）04（c）-0052-04 　　Influence of dexmedetomidine on the immunologic function of patients with radical resection of esophageal cancer in the perioperative period 　　LIU Zhi-yi1 TANG Fang2 SONG Zhi-ping1 YIN Shi-ping1 CHEN Fu-mei1 WU Yong-qiang1 　　1.Department of Anesthesia，the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University，Nanchang 330006，China；2.Department of Anesthesia，Children Hospital of Jiangxi Province，Nanchang 330006，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of dexmedetomidine on the immunologic function of patients with radical resection of esophageal cancer in the perioperative period.
