医院图书馆本体信息资源构建研究 　　[摘 要]随着计算机技术、网络通信技术的飞速发展,医学数字信息资源建设已成为医院图书馆建设和发展的必然选择,它是提高医院医疗、教学和科研水平的保障。医学数字信息资源的特殊性为知识组织增加了难度,需要不断创新知识组织工具,提高获取知识的效能。本文在分析国内外医学领域本体研究现状的基础上,立足医学信息资源知识组织,对本体医学领域的应用进行深入探讨。 　　[关键词]医院图书馆;本体;信息资源 　　[中图分类号]G250.76 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-0821(2010)02-0032-03 　　 　　Study on the Practice of Ontology-Based Knowledge 　　Organization for Hospital LibraryLi Rong 　　(Library,Beijing Chaoyang Hospital,Beijing 100020,China) 　　 　　[Abstract]With the rapid advances in computer and network communication technologies,it is inevitable for hospital library to be digitalized,as this is the effective way to overcome their disadvantages in information resources as compared with large medical libraries and to improve the medical treatment,teaching and scientific research of their corresponding institutions.The particularity of medical digital information resource increases the difficulty of knowledge organization,so there is a need to continuously innovate knowledge organization tool to improve knowledge acquisition efficiency.Based on analyses of the status in quo of oversea and domestic research on medical ontology and based on knowledge organization of medical digital information resources The research on the application of ontology cannot but improve knowledge service level in this field,the researcher analyzed characteristics of information organization and knowledge organization,proposed that MeSH should be used in standard expression of concepts,Semantic network should be used in network structure organization of semantic types,functions and axioms of ontology in reasoning,revealing how the ontology is applied and how it experts effects in the knowledge organization of digital information resources in certain field. 　　[Keywords]hospital library;ontology;digital information resources 　　 　　本体(ontology)是起源于哲学领域的概念,本体在网络上的应用,导致了语义网的诞生,解决了信息共享时的语义问题,实现了全球范围的知识集成,目前成为图书情报领域、知识工程领域、信息科学领域研究的热点。图书情报领域对本体的研究主要侧重于将其作为知识组织和知识表示的手段,优化传统的知识组织体系,提高为用户提供知识服务的能力。本文旨在通过研究本体
