双向倒钩可吸收免打结缝合线在肺楔形切除术中临床应用研究 　　摘要：目的 评价双向倒钩可吸收免打结缝合线在肺楔形切除术中肺切缘缝合修补应用的效果及安全性。方法 回顾分析2013年6月～2015年6月在昆明医科大学附属曲靖医院行肺楔形切除术的患者187例，其中应用双向倒钩可吸收免打结缝合线缝合修补肺切缘的92例，设为实验组，普通缝线修补肺切缘的95例，设为对照组。通过对比两组的临床应用效果来分析其安全性和可行性。结果 187例均顺利完成肺楔形切除术，并成功进行肺切缘缝合修补。实验组手术时间40～200 min，平均（100.9±34.9）min。术中失血量30～300 ml，平均（69.2±64.4）ml，使用双向倒钩可吸收免打结缝合线缝合时间8 ～20 min，平均（12.6±3.6）min。术后住院5～18 d，平均（9.0±3.8）d。手术时间40～200 min，平均（100.9±34.9）min。经t检验，实验组缝合时间、手术时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。经χ2检验，实验组术后持续漏气率均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。随访1～6个月，实验组无1例发生漏气。结论 应用双向倒钩可吸收免打结缝合线在肺楔形切除术中肺切缘缝合修补能够明显缩短缝合时间，具有很好的安全性和可行性。 　　关键词：肺楔形切除术；双向倒钩可吸收免打结缝合线 　　Abstract：Objective To evaluate the two-way tie for Free barbs absorbable sutures in lung pulmonary wedge resection margin suture applied effects and safety.
