同步间歇指令通气联合压力支持治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效观察 　　摘要：目的 观察同步间歇指令通气（SIMV）联合压力支持（PS）治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的临床疗效。方法 80例COPD患者随机分为两组，对照组40例采用SIMV治疗，观察组40例采用SIMV+PS治疗。观察两组患者血气指标、呼吸参数变化，比较两组患者的总机械通气治疗时间、呼吸机撤除时间、呼吸机撤除成功率及住ICU治疗时间等临床指标。结果 两组患者治疗后血气指标、呼吸参数比较无显著差异性（P0.05）；观察组机械通气治疗时间、呼吸机撤除时间及住ICU治疗时间较对照组明显缩短（P0.05），且呼吸机撤除成功率明显高于对照组（P0.05）。结论 SIMV+PS模式治疗COPD患者可明显缩短呼吸机撤除时间、机械通气治疗时间，并显著性提高呼吸机撤除成功率。 　　关键词：同步间歇指令通气；压力支持；慢性阻塞性肺疾病 　　中图分类号：R563.9 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）21-0054-02 　　The Effect of Synchronized Intermittent Mandatory Ventilation Combined with Pressure Support in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease 　　CHEN Heng 　　（Department of Intensive Medicine，Wusheng County Peoples Hospital，Wusheng 638400，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of synchronized intermittent mandatory ventilation（SIMV）combined with pressure support（PS）for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）patients.Methods 80 cases of COPD patients were randomly divided into two groups，the control group（n=40 cases）treated by SIMV，the observation group（n=40 cases）by SIMV+PS treatment.Two groups were observed in patients with blood gas index，respiratory parameters change，compared two groups of patients with total mechanical ventilation time，ventilator withdrawal time，ventilator removal success rate and ICU treatment time and other clinical indicators.Results Two groups of patients after treatment，blood gas index，respiratory parameters showed no significant difference（P0.05）；The observation group the mechanical ventilation time，removal of ventilator and length of stay in ICU treatment time significantly shorter than the control group（P0.05），and the removal of ventilator success rate was significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion SIMV+PS treatment of COPD patients can significantly shorten the time of removal of ventilator，mechanical ventilation time，and significantly increased the success rate of removal of ventilator. 　　Key words：Synchronized intermitte
