可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体1在子痫前期表达及临床意义 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1（sFlt-1）在子痫前期患者血清中的表达及临床意义。 方法 采用ELISA测定74例子痫前期患者血清中的sFlt-1水平，并与正常妊娠妇女相比较，同时常规检测其各项生化指标进行相关性研究。 结果 子痫前期患者的sFlt-1、24 h尿蛋白定量（Upro）、血尿酸（UA）、血肌酐（Scr）水平均高于正常孕妇，白蛋白（Alb）低于正常孕妇，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）；重度子痫前期组的sFlt-1、Upro、UA、Scr水平均高于轻度子痫前期组，Alb低于轻度子痫前期组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 血清sFlt-1的水平变化与子痫前期的严重程度密切相关，联合其他检测可以预测和判断子痫前期疾病的严重性，以便早期发现、及时干预，有效改善孕产妇及新生儿的预后。 　　[关键词] 子痫前期；可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1；胎盘生长因子；酶联免疫吸附试验 　　[中图分类号] R714.24 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2012）04（a）-0042-02 　　 　　Expression and clinical significant of slouble wascular endothelial growth factor-1 in preeclampsia 　　WANG Qin CAI Huiqun CHEN Jingyi 　　Department of Obstetrical, Yueyang Municipal First Peoples Hospital, Hu′nan Province, Yueyang 414000, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the expression and clinical significant of slouble wascular endothelial growth factor-1 in Preeclampsia. Methods Levels of sFlt-1 in the serum and placenta of the 74 patients with preeclampsia was measured with ELISA to have comparisons with normal pregnant women. Each biochemical indicator were taken to routine test and studied the correlation of each indicator for preeclampsia patients and normal pregnant women in same time. Results All levels of sFlt-1, Upro, UA, Scr of the patients with preeclampsia were higher than normal pregnant women, level of Alb lower than normal pregnants. All levels of sFlt-1, Upro, UA, Scr of Severe preeclampsia patients were higher than slight patients (P 0.05). There were significant differences for the two comparisons (P 0.05). Conclusion The sFlt-1 serum level change has a closely correlation with disease severity, combine with other tests to predict and judge the severity of Preeclampsia so that can find out this disease earlier, give timely treatment to improve the prognosis for pregnants and neonates. 　　[Key words] Preeclampsia; Slouble wascular endothelial growth factor-1; Placenta growth factor; Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay
