原位心脏移植手术围手术期护理配合方案研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨原位心脏移植手术的围手术期护理的配合方案。 方法 选取我院2015年1月～2016年12月收治的15例进行原位心脏移植的患者为研究对象，分析、总结该组患者围手术期配合中的护理经验，并查询国内外资料，结合心脏移植手术医师的意见和建议，对原位心脏移植围手术期护理进行规范，以确保手术效果。 结果 15例患者均顺利完成手术。术后死亡1例（6.7%），手术时间（7.4±1.2）h。转流时间（295.2±55.7）min。出血量（2200.5±895.4）mL。14例患者术后恢复良好，术后住院时间（16.5±5.2）d，未出现感染及排异反应，术后1个月心功能恢复至Ⅰ～Ⅱ级。 结论 规范化的护理配合流程是原位心脏移植成功的重要保证，积极的配合是重要因素。 　　[关键词] 原位心脏移植；围手术期护理；配合；术前准备；术后护理 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）11-0153-03 　　Study on the per operative nursing in orthotopic heart transplantation 　　YE Cuiling SU Jianwei LIANG Qingmei 　　Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery， Zhongshan Peoples Hospital in Guangdong Province， Zhongshan 528403， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore per operative nursing in orthotopic heart transplantation. Methods 15 patients underwent orthotopic heart transplantation in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected as the research object， the nursing experience of the patients with orthotopic heart transplantation were analyzed and summarized， and query the information at home and abroad， combined with the heart transplant physician opinions and suggestions， with the process of primary heart transplant surgery to regulate in order to improve the effect of operative cooperation and promote the successful completion of surgery. Results 15 patients were successfully completed the operation； the operation time was （7.4±1.2）h. The flow time was （295.2±55.7）min. The volume of bleeding was （2200.5±895.4）mL. 14 patients recovered well after operation， postoperative hospitalization time was（16.5±5.2）d， there was no infection and rejection occurred， and the cardiac function recovered to grade Ⅰ to Ⅱ months after operation.
