原发性高血压在社区进行全科治疗疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析原发性高血压患者在社区进行全科治疗的效果。方法：选取2013年8月-2014年9月笔者所在社区50岁以上的700例原发性高血压病患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法均分为研究组和对照组，对照组进行传统单一药物治疗和研究组进行社区全科治疗方案进行治疗，6个月后比较两组患者高血压相关知识知晓率、服药依从性及血压控制达标率。结果：治疗前两组患者高血压相关健康知识知晓率、降压药定期服用依从性及血压控制达标率等指标比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后两组患者以上三指标均有不同程度改善，但研究组患者指标改善程度明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在社区针对老年原发性高血压患者进行全科治疗方案效果明显，值得在基层社区进行推广。 　　【关键词】 原发性高血压； 社区规范化管理； 全科医师团队 　　中图分类号 R544.1 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）16-0100-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the general therapeutic effect of essential hypertension patients in community.Method：700 cases of patients with essential hypertension，who over the age of 50，were selected as the research objects from August 2013 to September 2014.According to the statistical methods，they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group，treated and community general treatment of traditional single drug treatment，six months later hypertension related knowledge awareness rate，medication compliance and blood pressure control compliance rate of two groups were compared.Result：Before treatment，hypertension related health knowledge of two groups of patients with awareness，antihypertensive drugs regularly taking compliance and blood pressure control compliance rate compared to the control group，there were no significant differences（P0.05），three indexes improved in two groups of patients were different degrees after treatment，but the patients in the study groups index improved significantly better than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The elderly patients with essential hypertension with general treatment effect is obvious in the community，and it is worthy to popularize in the community. 　　【Key words】 Essential hypertension； Community standardized management； General practitioner team 　　First-author’s address：Anji County Shop Delivery Streets North of the City Health Center，Anji 313308，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2015.16.055 　　随着我国人均寿命的提高及不良饮食
