品管圈在消毒供应中心护理质量管理中实践和效果评价 　　[摘要] 目的 探?品管圈在消毒供应中心质量管理中的实践和效果。 方法 选取我院2014年1月～2017年1月消毒供应中心的器材和物品作为研究对象，将消毒供应中心的物品和器材实施品管圈和未实施品管圈进行对比分析，2014年1月～2015年12月为未实施品管圈的时间段名为对照组，2016年1月～2017年1月为实施品管圈的时间段名为观察组。比较两组器材和物品的清洗合格率、消毒合格率和无菌包包装合格率以及消毒供应中心的工作人员的工作积极性和差错率。 结果 观察组器材和物品的清洗合格率、消毒合格率和无菌包包装合格率均高于对照组器。观察组消毒供应中心的工作人员工作积极性和差错率均高于对照组。实施前后的数据具有统计学差异（P0.05）。 结论 品管圈在消毒供应中心护理质量管理中可以有效提高器材和物品的清洗合格率、消毒合格率和无菌包包装合格率以及对消毒供应中心的工作人员的工作具有促进作用，同时可以提高中心的质量管理，减少差错率，值得在管理中应用和推广。 　　[关键词] 品管圈；消毒供应中心；护理质量管理；效果评价 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）15-83-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the practice and effect of quality control circle in the center of the disinfection supply quality management. Methods The equipment and goods in disinfection supply center of our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the research object. The goods and equipments to implement quality management circle and not the implementation of quality management disinfection supply center were compared. The equipment and goods from January 2014 to December 2014 for not implementing qc circle time period is selected as the control group. The equipment and goods from January 2016 to January 2017 for the implementation of quality control circle time period were selected as the observation group. The equipment and materials clean， asepsis packing rate and disinfection qualified rate and the disinfection supply center staff motivation， job skills， team spirit， the differences between the quality control management score and error rate and clinical satisfaction evaluation of the two groups were compared. Results In observation group， the equipment and items qualified rate， asepsis packing rate for cleaning and disinfection qualified rate were higher than those in control group.
