品管圈在艾滋病患者血液样品采集中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨品管圈在艾滋病患者血液样品采集中的应用。方法：以深圳市第三人民医院感染病科378例艾滋病患者或HIV感染者为研究对象，随机分为品管圈采血组和传统采血组，各189例。观察比较两组的血液样品采集合格率以及患者对护理满意度的差异，同时观察品管圈采血组预期目标的完成情况。结果：品管圈采血组的血液样品合格率为99.47%，高于传统采血组的90.48%，差异有统计学意义（P0.01），达到了98.60%的血液样品合格率活动目标。品管圈采血组患者的非常满意率高于传统采血组，不满意率低于传统采血组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在艾滋病患者血液样品采集的过程中应用品管圈活动干预效果突出，与传统采血相比，提升了血液样品的采集质量，改善了医患双方的关系，具有明显的优势。 　　【?P键词】 品管圈； 艾滋病； 血液样品采集 　　Application of Quality Control Circle in Blood Sample Collection of AIDS Patients/HOU Yun-xiang，XU Liu-mei，LI Gui-ying，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（03）：086-089 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application of quality control circle in blood sample collection of AIDS patients.Method：The clinical data of 378 AIDS or HIV infected persons in the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen were analyzed，they were randomly divided into the QCC blood sample collection group and the traditional blood sample collection group，189 cases in each group.The effect on blood sample quality and nursing satisfaction of the tow groups were observed and compared，at the same time，whether the QCC blood sample collection group completed the expected goal was examined.Result：The qualified rate of blood samples of QCC blood sample collection group was 99.47%，which was higher than 90.48% of the traditional blood sample collection group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.01），and reached the target of blood sample passing rate of 98.60%.The very satisfaction rate of the patients in the QCC blood sample collection group was higher than that of the traditional blood sample collection group，and the Unsatisfied rate was lower than that of the traditional blood group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：In the course of blood sample collection of AIDS patients，the QCC blood sample collection effect on improving blood samples quality and relationship between doctors and patients was more outstanding. 　　【Key words】 Quality control circle； Acquired immune de
