固定与活动义齿联合修复在牙列缺损中临床应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨分析固定与活动义齿联合修复在牙列缺损中的临床作用。方法 整群选取该院2012年1月―2014年10月期间接收治疗的100例牙列缺损患者作为研究分析对象，将此100例患者按入院单双号分为对照组和研究组，每组50例，对照组患者采用传统的固定义齿进行治疗，研究组患者采用固定与活动义齿进行治疗，治疗后，比较两组患者临床疗效和患者满意度状况。 结果 比较两组患者治疗疗效，研究组（96%）明显优于对照组（80%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。比较两组患者治疗后满意度状况，研究组总满意度为98%，对照组总满意度为86%，两组比较，研究组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 治疗牙列缺损可将固定与活动义齿联合修复方案作为首选治疗方案，此方式可提高患者治疗疗效，改善患者满意度，具有较大临床应用价值。 　　[关键字] 固定；活动义齿；联合修复；牙列缺损 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）12（a）-0033-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of combined repair of fixed and removable denture in treatment of dentition defect. Methods 100 cases with dentition defect treated in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2014 were selected as the research object and divided into control group and research group according to the odd and even number on admission with 50 cases in each， the control group were given traditional fixed denture treatment， the research group were given fixed and removable denture treatment， after treatment， the clinical curative effects and satisfactory condition of patients were compared. Results The curative effect of the research group was 96%， which was obviously better than that（80%） of the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）； the total satisfactory degree of the research group was 98%， which was obviously better than that（86%） of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
