图书馆数据资源优化配置研究与探讨 　　摘 要 图书馆资源管理优化配置是我国高校现代化建设的重要组成部分。目前，我国高校的图书馆管理与优化方面还存在一些问题，比如责任主体对于图书馆管理的意识淡薄、图书馆的管理体制机制不健全、从业人员素质整体偏低、图书馆的图书结构不合理等一系列问题。本文通过对现阶段我国图书馆的资源管理与优化问题的现状进行分析，找出问题症结，并分析产生这些问题的原因，同时对于高校图书馆资源管理的优化配置的作用进行逐一分析，最后提出，优化图书馆的图书管理结构，加强图书馆从业人员的素质建设，改善管理制度和整合优化检索平台的对策建议，从而不断提高高校图书馆的利用效率和管理水平，实现高校的全面快速发展。 　　关键词 图书管理 数据资源优化 计算机技术 　　中图分类号：G253 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkx.2017.09.086 　　Research and Discussion on Optimal Allocation of 　　Library Data Resources 　　ZHU Lin 　　（Library of Shangqiu Normal University， Shangqiu， Henan 476000） 　　Abstract The optimal allocation of library resource management is an important part of the modernization construction of universities in china.
