团体辅导在抑郁患者中作用分析 　　摘 要：目的 分析给予抑郁患者应用团体辅导的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年7月～2016年12月在我院接受治疗的抑郁患者70例，按照住院时间顺序依次编号，前35例患者接受常规的抗抑郁药物治疗为对照组，后35例患者在对照组的基础上进行团体辅导为试验组，比较两组患者治疗后的抑郁以及生活质量评分情况。结果 对照组患者治疗15 d后的HAMD评分以及治疗1 y后的HAMD评分与试验组患者的相比具有显著差异；对照组患者治疗15 d后的GESE评分以及治疗1 y后的GESE评分与试验组患者的相比具有显著差异，均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对抑郁患者行团体辅导后临床疗效更佳，负性情绪有所缓解，有较高的临床应用价值。 　　关键词：团体辅导；抑郁；生活质量评分 　　中图分类号：R749 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.01.038 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）01-0104-02 　　The Role of Body Guidance in Patients with Depression 　　GAO Hong1，LIN Kun-hui2 　　（1.Department of Mental Health，Second Hospital，Shanxi Medical University，Taiyuan 030001，Shanxi，China； 　　2.Taiwan Grand View Psychotherapy，Taiwan 10009，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of group counseling in depressive patients.Methods 70 patients with depression who were treated in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2016 were sequentially numbered according to the length of hospital stay.The first 35 patients received conventional antidepressant drug as control group，after the 35 patients in the control group based on the group counseling for the experimental group，compared two groups of patients after treatment of depression and quality of life score.Results The HAMD score of the control group after half a month of treatment and the HAMD score after 1 month of treatment were significantly different from those of the experimental group.The GESE score of the control group after treatment for half a month and the GESE score after 1 months treatment were significantly different from those of the experimental group，with statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The better clinical curative effect in patients with depression after group counseling，negative mood eased，it has higher clinical application value. 　　Key words：Group counseling；Depression；Quality of life score 　　抑郁（depression）的主要?R床症状为思维迟缓、情感低落以及言语行为迟缓等。该疾病属于精神疾病，不易治愈，对患者生活质量有较大的影响，且该疾病患者受情绪影响，治疗依从性较差[1]。我院此次为了研究应用团体辅导对该疾病患者的影响，特选取2015年6月～2016年12月在我院接受
