国际学术规范在我国学术出版中使用情况研究 　　[摘 要] 为了解国际学术规范在我国学术出版中的应用状况，本文通过查阅北大图书馆2014年版《中文核心期刊目录》，选取其中11种编辑出版类核心期刊作为研究对象，使用问卷调查和数据统计等方法，从期刊本身的学术规范实际、学术影响力、其研究群体对国际学术规范的认知和国际学术规范使用情况四个方面作具体分析。结果表明：国际学术规范在我国学术出版中的应用普及度不甚广泛，其原因主要有学术期刊编辑规范体系“成形”尚难、学术规范意识较出版形态“更新”滞后以及人工编排与智能识别“取舍”不明等。对此，本文提出了针对性策略。 　　[关键词] 编辑出版 使用情况 学术出版 国际学术规范 　　[中图分类号] G239 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1009-5853 （2017） 04-0105-05 　　A Study on the Use of International Academic Norms in Academic Publication in China 　　Hu Sunjie 　　（School of Information Management， Wuhan University， Wuhan， 430072） 　　[Abstract] According to Peking University library’s Chinese Core Journals Directory（2014）， this paper selects 11 kinds of editing and publishing core journals as the research objects， compares and analyzes the application of International Academic Norms in academic publication in China from four aspects by means of questionnaires and data statistics， such as the academic practice and influence of the journal itself， cognitive and using situation of research groups on the international academic norms. The results show that the application of international academic norms in our country’s academic publishing is not very extensive. The reason is that the editorial standard system of academic journals is hard to be“formed”， the academic standard consciousness hasn’t“update”with the publication form timely， and it’s difficult for editors to “choose”from artificial arrangement and intelligent identification when they are editing the format of the journal.
