在办公室工作人群中开设中医养生课堂效果分析 　　摘 要 目的：探讨中医养生课堂教育在企业办公室人群中应用的效果。方法：从2015年1月至2015年12月在华鑫健康驿站招募在企业办公室工作的人员83人，分为观察组44人，其中男性12例，女性32例，年龄26～52岁；对照组39人，其中男性13例，女性26例，年龄25～54岁。为观察组提供中医养生适宜技术课堂教学，对照组开展常规中医诊疗和中医适宜技术健康教育。比较干预前后两组中医适宜技术的知晓率、利用率和中医健康服务指导满意度。结果：干预后，观察组对中医适宜技术的知晓情况、利用情况以及对社区中医健康服务指导的满意度都较干预前显著提升（P0.05）。结论：中医养生教育是可以提高企业办公室工作人群中医养生知识和利用适宜技术的能力的。 　　关键词 中医适宜技术；中医养生课堂；办公室工作人群 　　中图分类号：R197.32 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）22-0042-03 　　Effect analysis of setting up traditional Chinese medicine health preserving education class in the office crowd 　　YU Hua， LV Qiwei， CHEN Wei， CHEN Qinlong 　　（Hongmei Community Health Service Center of Xuhui District， Shanghai 200233， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the effect of application of TCM health preserving education in the corporate office crowd. Methods： From January to December 2015 Huaxin Health Station recruited 83 people working in the offices of the enterprises， and they were divided into an observation group with 44 cases， including 12 males and 32 females， aged 26～52 years， and a control group with 39 cases， including 13 males and 26 females， aged 25～54 years. The appropriate technology of TCM health preserving was provided for the observation group in the classroom， and the control group received routine diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and appropriate technology of TCM health education. The awareness rate， utilization rate and satisfaction degree of TCM health service guidance were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results： After intervention， the awareness of the appropriate technology， utilization and satisfaction of the community health service guidance in the observation group were significantly higher than those before intervention （P0.05）. Conclusion： The education of TCM health preserving can improve the knowledge of TCM health preserving and the ability to use the appropriate technology in the corporate office crowd. 　　KEY WORDS appropriate technology
