基于PLC和WinCC柿饼烘干监控系统 　　摘 要： 传统的柿饼烘干方法费工、费时并且柿饼成品率低，可以用现代自动化技术替代传统烘干方法。基于PLC与WinCC的柿饼烘干监控系统根据柿饼的烘干工艺特点，采用西门子PLC作为控制器，GRM无线通信模块作为远程监控终端，以WinCC组态作为上位机对系统运行状态进行实时监控。监控系统可以实时检测烘房内的温度、柿果含水量等数据，并且具有参数设定、实时数据采集及显示等功能。与自然烘干法和传统设备烘干相比，该系统可精确量化?O控柿饼烘干过程，在保障高效率与高品质的同时节约了人力成本。 　　关键词： PLC； WinCC组态； 柿饼烘干； 监控系统； 实时数据采集； 人力成本 　　中图分类号： TN948.64?34 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 1004?373X（2018）14?0118?04 　　Persimmon drying monitoring system based on PLC and WinCC 　　ZHANG Lieping， MA Hang， LI Meng， ZHU Jinping 　　（School of Mechanical and Control Engineering， Guilin University of Technology， Guilin 541004， China） 　　Abstract： The modern automation technology can substitute for the traditional persimmon drying method in which a lot of labor and time is wasted， and the dried persimmon′s finished product rate is low. Therefore， a persimmon drying monitoring system based on PLC and WinCC is proposed. In the system， according to the drying process characteristic of the persimmon， the SIEMENS PLC is used as the controller， the GRM wireless communication module is used as the remote monitoring terminal， and the WinCC configuration is used as the upper computer to monitor the operation status of the system in real time. The monitoring system can detect the temperature of the drying room， the water content of the persimmon， and other data in real time， and has the functions such as parameter setting and real?time data acquisition and display.
