基于加速康复外科策略手术室护理干预在髋关节置换术中应用 　　【摘要】目的：分析加速康复外科策略下的手术室护理干预方式，在髋关节置换术患者治疗期间应用的价值。方法：将2016年5月到2017年5月于本院接受髋关节置换术的66例患者作为研究对象，基于患者入院顺序纳入加速组与常规组（n=33）。常规组实施一般手术室护理，加速组实施加速康复外科手术室护理干预方式，比较两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术后下床活动时间，患者的VAS评分以及护理满意率。结果：加速组患者的手术时间、住院时间以及术后下床活动时间均低于常规组患者，组间各项数据资料比较存在统计学价值（p0.05）。加速组患者术后VAS评分低于常规组患者，加速组与常规组患者的手术室护理满意率比较具有显著区别（96.97% VS 81.82%），数据对比存在统计学意义（p0.05）。结论：加速康复外科策略下的手术室护理干预方式应用到髋关节置换术期间，能够有效缩短患者手术时间、住院时间，缓解患者的疼痛感受，且有助于和谐护患关系的构建。 　　【关键词】 加速康复外科策略；手术室护理干预；髋关节置换术 　　[Abstract] Objective： to analyze the value of surgical nursing intervention in the treatment of hip arthroplasty with accelerated rehabilitation surgery strategy. Methods：66 patients with hip arthroplasty were admitted to the hospital from May 2016 to May 2017， and the patients were included in the accelerated group and the regular group （n=33）. Normal group to implement the operating room nursing， accelerate group implement accelerate rehabilitation surgery nursing intervention mode， compared two groups of patients with operation time， length of hospital stay， postoperative bed activity time， VAS score and nursing satisfaction rate of patients. Results： the time of operation of the accelerated group， the time of hospitalization and the time of bed activity were lower than those in the normal group， and the data data of the group was statistically significant （p0.05）. Accelerate the group of patients with postoperative VAS score lower than routine group of patients， accelerate group compared with normal group of patients with the operating room nursing satisfaction has significant difference （96.97% VS 81.82%）， data comparison there is statistical significance （p0.05）. Conclusion： accelerate rehabilitation surgery under the strategy of the operating room nursing intervention mode is applied to the hip replacement period， patients can effectively shorten the operation time， length of hospital stay， reduce the pain of patients， and helpful to the construction of a harmonious relationship between
