本科毕业设计 学生宿舍楼 工程造价的确定与项目管理实施规划的编制 摘 要 本设计为泸州职业技术学院新校区3#学生宿舍楼工程造价的确定与项目管理实施规划的编制。依照国家和天津市建设行业相关规定，根据泸州职业技术学院新校区3#学生宿舍楼工程项目的施工图纸，对该项目的建筑工程和装饰装修工程的工程量做了详细的计算并加以分析，得出工程量清单。同时结合实际施工情况，对该项目进行了项目管理实施规划的编制，包括总工程计划、组织方案、部分分部分项工程施工方案、进度管理计划、质量管理计划、资源管理计划等，依据2012天津计价预算定额、费用定额等规范，确定了工程造价，最后绘制了进度计划表和项目现场平面布置图，为该项目的顺利完成提供了可靠地依据和保障。我们对整个毕业设计进行了总结，并对过程中遇到的问题提出了相应的解决方案，完成了心得体会。 关键词：工程造价；项目管理实施规划；施工方案  ABSTRACT This design is the determination of project cost and the planning of project management implementation to Luzhou vocational and technical college new campus 3# student dormitory building. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and building industry in Tianjin, according to construction drawings of Luzhou vocational and technical college new campus 3# student dormitory building engineering project, it does detailed calculation and analysis of engineering quantity of the project construction and decoration engineering, and get the engineering quantity list. At the same time it combines with the actual situation of the construction, finishes the preparation of the implementation of the project management plan of the project, including the general engineering program, organization scheme, part of the sub project construction plan, schedule management, quality management plan, resource management plans, according to the 2012 Tianjin meter price budget quota, fixed costs and so on norms, get the project cost, and finally it draw the progress schedule and the project site layout diagram, provides a reliable basis and guarantee for the successful completion of the the project.It summarizes the whole design, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems encountered in the process.
