复方萆Z汤治疗尿酸性肾病临床疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 评价复方萆?Z汤治疗尿酸性肾病的临床疗效。方法 方便选择该院2014年7月―2015年9月确诊的120例尿酸性肾病患者，随机分为观察组（n=60）与对照组（n=60），分别给予复方萆?Z汤治疗与别嘌呤醇治疗。检测并对比两组患者治疗后血清UA、BUN、Cr水平及尿蛋白定量、尿L-FABP含量。 结果 观察组治疗后患者血清UA、BUN、Cr水平分别为（301.2±39.3）μmol/L、（8.2±3.3）mmol/L、（146.5±26.2）μmol/L，均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）；观察组尿蛋白定量、尿L-FABP含量分别为（0.8±0.3）g/L、（106.5±15.4）pg/mL，均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论 复方萆?Z汤治疗尿酸性肾病的临床疗效显著，对保护肾功能有积极作用。 　　[关键词] 尿酸性肾病；复方萆?Z汤；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R277 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）05（a）-0168-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of complex prescription of poison yam decoction in treatment of uric acid nephropathy. Methods 120 cases of patients with uric acid nephropathy diagnosed in our hospital from July 2014 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each， the observation group were treated with complex prescription of poison yam decoction， the control group were treated with allopurinol， and the serum UA， BUN and Cr levels and urine protein quantitation and urine L-FABP content of the two groups were detected and compared. Results The serum UA， BUN and Cr levels were respectively（301.2±39.3） μmol/L，（8.2±3.3） mmol/L， （146.5±26.2） μmol/L in the observation group after treatment， and the differences had statistical significance（P0.01）， the urine protein quantitation and urine L-FABP content were respectively（0.8±0.3） g/L and（106.5±15.4） pg/mL in the observation group， which were obviously lower than those in the control group， and the differences had statistical significance（P0.01）.
