外周血单个核细胞中核因子κB与炎症介质检测对严重多发伤患者价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨外周血单个核细胞中核因子κB（NF-κB）与炎症介质在严重多发伤患者中的检测价值。 方法 选取四川省人民医院（以下简称“我院”）2010年1月～2014年12月收治的严重多发伤患者100例作为观察组，另选取我院同期收治的轻伤患者100例作为轻伤对照组及健康体检者30例作为健康对照组。通过ELISA法-双抗体夹心法测定患者入院第1、2、3、4、7天的外周血淋巴细胞NF-κB及肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α），白细胞介素-1（IL-1），白细胞介素6-（IL-6）的表达，分析并比较三组患者的检测结果。 结果 观察组和轻伤对照组患者血清TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、NF-κB水平在入院第1～3天均显著高于健康对照组（P 0.05），趋于正常水平。观察组患者血清TNF-a、IL-6、NF-κB水平在入院第1～3天均显著高于轻伤对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 严重多发伤患者外周血清单个核细胞中NF-κB及血清前炎症介质细胞因子均成一过性升高，NF-κB及血清前炎症介质细胞因子检测对伤后多器官功能障碍综合征及死亡结局的判定具有参考价值。 　　[关键词] 核因子κB；炎症介质；严重多发伤 　　[中图分类号] R459.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2015）08（b）-0012-05 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the detection value of peripheral blood neutrophils nuclear factor κB （NK-κB） and inflammatory mediators in patients with severe multiple trauma. Methods From January 2010 to December 2014， in the Peoples Hospital of Sichuan Province， 100 patients with severe multiple trauma were selected as observation group， at the same period， 100 patients with minor injuries were selected as minor injurys group， and 30 healthy physical examination people were selected as control group. The peripheral blood lymphocyte NF-κB and TNF-α， IL-1， IL?C6 of patients treating 1， 2， 3， 4 days were determinate by ELISA -double clamp method， and the determination results of patients in three groups were analyzed and compared. Results Serum TNF-α， IL-1， IL-6， NF-κB of patients in observation group and minor injuries group at admission 1-3 days were statistically higher than those in control group （P 0.05）， they returnd to normal levels. Serum TNF-a， IL-1， IL-6， NF-κB of patients in observation group at admission 1-3 days were were statistically higher than those in minor injuries group， the differences were statistically significant （P 0.05）.
