教育曙光第56卷第三期，2008年12月 中國地方經濟對高中升學率的影響 夏雪 北京師範大學 摘 要 　　背景： 教育與經濟之間存在何種關係，是教育經濟領域學者不斷探索的問題。在國內，經濟發展水準 對高中升學率的影響這一領域鮮有學者觸及。本文擬從這一問題入手，對其進行論述。 　　目的： 目前對於經濟水準與升學率關係，以及前者對後者的影響程度並沒有統一的結論，本研究旨在 運用量化研究方法，分析二者之間的相互關係，以及經濟水準對升學率的影響。 　　研究物件： 2004和2005年中國大陸31個省區普通高中升學率。 　　研究方法 ： 本研究使用2004年和2005年統計年鑒中的分省區資料，運用多元回歸分析的方法研究經 濟水準對高中升學率的影響，並運用隨機效應與固定效應分析做了進一步討論。 　　調查結果： 在短期內，代表地方經濟水準的人均GDP對高中升學率不僅沒有明顯的正向影響，而且在 固定效應分析中，人均GDP甚至對高中升學率呈負向影響。 　　總結： 人均GDP對普通高中升學率負向影響的結果告訴我們，經濟發展水準是對教育起作用的一個方 面，但並不是全部，除經濟水準外，高中升學率還受到教育經費投入及當地教育與文化氛圍等其他因素影 響。 　　關鍵字：高中升學率，經濟，人均GDP The impact of local economy on high school admission rate in China Ha Suet Beijing Normal University Abstract Background : The relationship between education and economy is a matter that has been explored by educators for a long time. However, how the economy impacts on high school admission rate, researchers rarely pay much attention to it in China. Aims or focus of discussion : There have not any consistent conclusions between economy and high school admission rate, and how the former impacts on the latter. This study tries to explore these questions. Sample and method: This study estimates the relationship between economy and high school admission rate with Chinese data of 31 provinces in 2004 and 2005. The author makes some multiple regression estimate, and also gives fixed effect and random effect analyses. Arguments / comments / suggestions : The findings are, that GDP per capita does not affect the high school admission rate during short time, and it even has negative effect in our fixed effect analysis.
