多元化护理培训模式在基层医院新生儿疼痛管理中应用效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨多元化护理培训模式在基层医院新生儿疼痛管理中的应用效果。方法：选取2014年1-6月于本院儿科工作的护理人员共30名，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组15名。对照组仅给予传统培训模式，研究组给予多元化护理培训模式，比较两组护士培训前后的理论成绩、操作成绩、综合能力、病情观察能力及交流沟通能力变化情况。采用问卷调查的方式，对护理满意度进行评价。结果：研究组护理人员的理论成绩、操作成绩、综合能力、病情观察能力及交流沟通能力均较培训前提高，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组护理满意度为100%（15/15），明显高于对照组的80.0%（12/15），比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：多元化护理培训模式规范了基层医院新生儿疼痛管理培训，提高了医护人员新生儿疼痛管理的认知和能力，使得新生儿镇痛程序安全有效地管理和实施，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 多元化护理培训模式； 新生儿； 疼痛管理 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of diversification nursing training model applied in neonatal pain management in the primary hospital.Method：From Janurary to June 2014，30 pediatric nurses worked in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and study group，each group had 15 nurses.The control group received traditional training mode and the study group received diversification nursing training model，the theoretical results，operating results，comprehensive ability，disease observation abilit and communication ability of two groups before and after before and after training were compared.The questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the satisfaction degree of nursing.Result：The theoretical results，operating results，comprehensive ability，disease observation abilit and communication ability of two groups compared with before training were improved，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The study group nursing satisfaction was 100% （15/15），significantly higher than the control group of 83.3% （12/15），the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Diversification nursing training model standardizes the primary hospital neonatal pain management training，improve the awareness and ability of nursing staff in neonatal pain management，make safety effective management and implementation of the neonatal analgesia program，it is worth of clinical promotion and application. 　　【Key words】 Diversification nursing training model； Neonatal； Pain management 　　First-author’s address：Ch
