复方生地合剂治疗系统性红斑狼疮疗效及安全性评价 　　【摘 要】目的：研究?头缴?地合剂在治疗阴虚内热型系统性红斑狼疮中增效减毒、撤减激素用量和改善症状等方面的优势。方法：将60例阴虚内热型系统性红斑狼疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。均以中、小剂量糖质激素及羟氯喹治疗作为基础用药，治疗组加用复方生地合剂（生地黄30 g、生石膏30 g、忍冬藤30 g），对照组加用安慰剂（淮山药、焦糖）。治疗3个月，比较2组相关指标变化情况。结果：治疗3个月后，治疗组总有效率为83.33%，显著高于对照组的50.00%（P 0.05），且治疗后2组比较差异无统计学意义（P 0.05）。治疗组不良反应事件发生率明显低于对照组（P 0.05）。结论：复方生地合剂治疗阴虚内热型系统性红斑狼疮疗效明显，可显著降低中医证候积分、SLE-DAI积分，且安全性良好，能显著减少西药的毒副反应及并发症；更利于患者激素的撤减。 　　【关键词】 系统性红斑狼疮；阴虚内热型；复方生地合剂；增效减毒 　　On the Efficacy and Safety of Fufang Shengdi Heji（复方生地合剂）in the Treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus of Yin Deficiency and Internal Heat Type 　　WU Fei-ya，SU Xiao 　　【ABSTRACT】Objective：To study the advantages of Fufang Shengdi Heji（复方生地合剂）in the treatment 　　of systemic lupus erythematosus of yin deficiency and internal heat type on the aspects of effect-enhancing and toxicity-reducing，reducing hormone dosage and improving symptoms.Methods：Sixty cases with systemic lupus erythematosus of yin deficiency and internal heat type were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group，30 cases in each group.Medium and small doses of sugariness hormone and hydroxychloroquine were used as basic treatment.Based on that，the treatment group were treated with Fufang Shengdi Heji[shengdihuang（Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.）30 g，shengshigao（gypsum fibrosum）30 g，rendongteng（Lonicera japonica Thunb.）30 g]，while the control group was treated with huaishanyao（Dioscorea opposita Thunb.）and caramel.After 3 months，the relative indexes of the two groups were compared.Results：After 3 months of treatment，the total efficiency of the treatment group was 83.33%，significantly higher than 50% of the control group（P 0.05）.The TCM syndrome score and SLE-DAI score of the treatment group were improved compared with those before the treatment（P 0.05 or P 0.01），and the treatment group was better than the control group（P 0.05）.The amount of hormone used in the treatment group was less than before treatment（P 0.05）.The ds-DNA antibody in the tr
