夏季不同维生素A水平对蛋鸡产蛋性能蛋壳质量及蛋黄维生素A含量影响
摘要:为了解不同维生素A(VA)水平对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋壳质量及蛋黄VA含量的影响,本试验选取160日龄海兰褐蛋鸡270只,随机分为5组(每组3个重复,各18只鸡),分别饲喂添加了5个不同VA水平(2 000、4 000、8 000、12 000、16 000 IU/kg)的玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮。试验从7月初开始至9月末结束,共计84 d,试验期平均气温30℃。试验开始时平均产蛋率为30%左右,各组无显著差异(P0.05)。结果表明:蛋鸡产蛋率和产蛋量随饲粮VA水平的提高依次升高,VA为16 000 IU/kg组高于12 000 IU/kg组,但差异不显著(P0.05),这两组均显著高于其他各组(P0.05);蛋黄VA含量随饲粮VA水平的提高显著线性增加(P0.05),最高含量(25.21 IU/g)比最低含量(21.23 IU/g)提高18.75%。由此可见,较高的饲粮VA水平(12 000、16 000 IU/kg)可有效缓解夏季高温对蛋鸡生产带来的不利影响,并且通过提高饲粮VA水平可使鸡蛋蛋黄VA含量显著提高。

Abstract The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different vitamin A (VA) levels on egg laying performance, quality of egg shell and VA content of egg yolk of laying hens. Two hundred and seventy Hailan-brown laying hens aged 160 days were randomly allocated to 5 groups (3 replicates per group and 18 hens per replicate), and were fed with corn-soybean basic diets of five VA levels (2 000, 4 000, 8 000, 12 000 and 16 000 IU/kg) respectively. The trial lasted 84 days from early July to late September. The mean temperature of air during the trial was about 30℃. The average egg production rate was about 30% at the beginning of the experiment, and there were no significant differences among all groups (P0.05). The results showed that the laying rate and egg production increased with the increase of dietary VA level, and the difference between the treatments with VA of 12 000 and 16 000 IU/kg was not significant (P0.05), while each of the two treatments had significantly higher egg production performance than other treatments (P0.05). The VA content of egg yolk linearly increased with the increase of dietary VA level (P0.05), and the highest content (25.21 IU/g) increased by 18.75% compared to the lowest one(21.23 IU/g).
